For Paid Services, HUCHAT will expressly notify you in advance that you may use the Services only with your consent and payment of the relevant fee. If you choose to decline to pay the relevant fees, HUCHAT shall not to provide you with such paid services
1.2 HUCHAT has the right to suspend, terminate or restrict the provision of Services under this Agreement at any time and shall not be liable to you or to any third party in the event of any of the following:

(b) You fail to pay for the use of the Paid Service.

2.2 You may not create for others or allow others to use your HUCHAT account. If you find that someone is using your account illegally, please notify HUCHAT immediately.

2.4 You may not post or link to any malicious code, phishing sites, or other content that could threaten the security of the Internet.
2.5 When using HUCHAT Services, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as all HUCHAT rules and policies.
2.6 In consideration of our services, you agree that HUCHAT has the right to place advertisements or other types of commercial information on the Site. You also agree to receive HUCHAT advertising or other commercial information by E-mail or other methods.
2.7 You may not distribute any of the following contents through HUCHAT:
. Rumours, false or misleading information;
. Obscene or indecent content;
. Hate speech or conduct, including any content that promotes racism, terrorism, ageism or sexism;
. Violence, including anything relating to death or serious injury;
. Junk mail, junk mail or other unsolicited advertising;
. Abuse, slander or otherwise harass a person or group;
. Blasphemous, blasphemous or any content relating to religion;
. Other content not suitable for dissemination;

2.10 HUCHAT has the right to monitor your behavior.HUCHAT may freeze, suspend, disable, ban or revoke your account if HUCHAT considers you violated the Terms of Use. Then any virtual gift and experience value associated with your account will be frozen, suspended, disabled, banned or revoked.
2.11 All information and other meterias such as data,image,audio or video within the Services provided by HUCHAT are protected by copyright, trademark and/or other property rights laws.User can use these, but HUCHAT does not conferring any license of intellectual rights to User.

You may terminate HUCHAT Services and Agreement by revoking your HUCHAT account.
5.1 HUCHAT does not guarantee the accuracy and integrity of any external links that may be accessible by using the Services and/or any external links that have been placed for the convenience of you.
5.2 HUCHAT shall not be responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site.
5.3 An loss or damage in connection with the use of the Services by you,HUCHAT shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly.
6.1 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
6.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of agreed items and other relevant matters between both parties.Except as provided in this Agreement, neither parties has any other rights in this Agreement.
